14-day withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw without a reason within 14 days after receipt; for separate deliveries, after receipt of the last item. Send an unequivocal statement before the deadline.

Process

1. Use the online function, email [email protected] or use the model below.
2. After acknowledgement, return within 14 days to Ollets Ltd, 129 Arch. Makariou III Ave., 7102 Aradippou.
3. Pack safely and keep proof of dispatch. Original packaging is not an absolute precondition, but handling beyond what is necessary may reduce reimbursement.

Cost and reimbursement

You bear direct return cost unless the item is wrong, faulty/non-conforming or we agree otherwise. Indicative ordinary Cyprus parcel cost: €2.40 up to 3 kg and €0.45 per additional kg, plus address collection. Ask for a specific estimate before dispatch for goods not normally returnable by post.

We reimburse the price and least expensive standard delivery charge within 14 days after the statement, but may wait for the goods or evidence of dispatch. We use the original payment method without a fee.

Exceptions

Withdrawal does not apply to statutory exceptions such as clearly personalised/made-to-order goods, rapidly perishable goods, sealed health/hygiene goods once unsealed, and sealed software/audio/video once unsealed.

Faulty or non-conforming product

The legal guarantee is separate. Contact us with order number, description and photos. Necessary return/remedy costs for non-conforming products are not borne by the consumer. See Legal Guarantee.
