Legal Guarantee

Every EU consumer has a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years for goods. It is owed by the seller and does not depend on any optional manufacturer warranty.

If a product is not in conformity

Contact Ollets Ltd at [email protected] or 7007 7377 with the order number, description and useful photos. You may request free repair or replacement. Where these are impossible, disproportionate, not completed within a reasonable time/without significant inconvenience, or other statutory conditions apply, you may request a proportionate price reduction or termination.

Necessary postage, labour and material costs for the statutory remedy are not borne by the consumer. The two-year period does not replace any stronger applicable-law right.
