These terms govern Fluxotic online sales. Consumer-specific provisions apply only to individuals acting outside their trade or profession.<\/p>\n

1. Trader<\/h2>\n

Ollets Ltd<\/strong>, registered in the Republic of Cyprus, company number HE383118<\/strong>, VAT number 10383118F<\/strong>. Registered\/postal address: 129 Arch. Makariou III Ave., 7102 Aradippou, Larnaca, Cyprus. Trading name: Fluxotic \/ fluxotic.com.cy. Email: info@fluxotic.com.cy<\/a>. Tel: 7007 7377<\/a>.<\/p>\n

2. Products, order and contract<\/h2>\n

We state the main product characteristics on each product page. Before selecting \u201cOrder with obligation to pay\u201d, check products, quantity, address, delivery, price and payment. An order is an offer to purchase; automated receipt is not acceptance. The contract is concluded when we send acceptance\/processing confirmation. If an item is unavailable or there is an obvious price error, we will notify you promptly and refund sums paid.<\/p>\n

3. Prices and payment<\/h2>\n

Prices are in euro and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and the total payable amount appear before submission. The payment methods shown at checkout apply. Card payments are processed in the secure Saferpay\/Worldline environment; Ollets Ltd does not receive the full card number.<\/p>\n

4. Delivery and risk<\/h2>\n

We deliver to areas shown at checkout using the method, time and charge shown before ordering. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is without undue delay and no later than 30 days. If we fail to deliver at the agreed time, a consumer may set a reasonable additional period and then terminate, subject to the statutory exceptions for an essential date. For consumers, risk passes when the consumer or a nominated third party other than the carrier takes physical possession. If the consumer commissions a carrier not offered by us, risk passes on delivery to that carrier.<\/p>\n

5. 14-day right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

A consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after the consumer or a nominated third party receives the goods. For goods delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last item.<\/p>\n

Send an unequivocal statement before expiry by post, email to info@fluxotic.com.cy, the model form<\/a>, or the permanent \u201cWithdraw from the contract here\u201d<\/strong><\/a> function. Online submissions receive an email acknowledgement without delay containing the content, date and time.<\/p>\n

Return and cost<\/h3>\n

Return goods to Ollets Ltd, 129 Arch. Makariou III Ave., 7102 Aradippou within 14 days after the statement, after contacting us for practical instructions. The consumer bears the direct return cost unless the item is wrong, defective\/non-conforming or we agree otherwise. For ordinary Cyprus parcels the cooperating courier’s indicative charge is \u20ac2.40 up to 3 kg plus \u20ac0.45 per additional kg and any address collection charge; the actual fee of the carrier selected by the consumer applies. Contact us before dispatch for a specific estimate where an item cannot normally be returned by post because of its nature or weight.<\/p>\n

Reimbursement and handling<\/h3>\n

We reimburse all payments, including the least expensive standard delivery charge, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the statement. We may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the goods or evidence of dispatch. We use the original payment method without a fee. The consumer is liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\n

6. Exceptions<\/h2>\n

No withdrawal right applies where statute provides an exception, particularly goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, rapidly perishable goods, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and sealed software\/audio\/video once unsealed. An exception applies only where its legal conditions are met.<\/p>\n

7. Legal guarantee<\/h2>\n

Withdrawal is separate from rights concerning non-conforming goods. Consumers have a legal guarantee of at least two years from delivery. Ollets Ltd, as seller, is liable for non-conformity. Consumers may request free repair or replacement and, where statutory conditions are met, a proportionate price reduction or termination. A manufacturer’s commercial warranty does not limit these rights. See Legal Guarantee<\/a>.<\/p>\n

8. Complaints and ADR<\/h2>\n

Email info@fluxotic.com.cy or call 7007 7377 with the order number and description. We aim to reply within 14 days. If unresolved, you may consider an approved ADR body listed by the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service<\/a>. Ollets Ltd is not committed in advance to a particular ADR body but will consider a suitable procedure in good faith case by case. The EU ODR platform has been discontinued.<\/p>\n

9. Data, security, liability and force majeure<\/h2>\n

Processing is described in our Privacy Policy<\/a>. We use reasonable security measures. We do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, but will inform you and mitigate effects. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.<\/p>\n

10. Governing law<\/h2>\n

Cyprus law applies without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence. Courts are competent as provided by applicable law.<\/p>\n
